Gently touching our Lord
knowing who he is
lowering him into the water
bringing him up again
Holding onto Jesus
so must John have been
at the moment of the voice of God
and the descending of the dove
Did he feel the power
the Spirit falling on Christ
was he moved to rejoicing
in the anointing of our King
