What must the disciples must felt
each time they broke bread
what did they say
as they passed the wine, the cup
each time they gathered
remembering the loss of Jesus
how he had to go to the cross, to die
to fulfill all prophesy, the law complete
allowing us all to live
what must they have felt
each time they gathered at the table
knowing the price he paid
those who had walked with our Savior
