A colorful world

So much more than the black and white
the words on the page
bound, constricted, limited
if What is all there is

How no less deficient
to define the wonder
the breadth, the color
of the beginning of creation

Even the when, the why
the giving of the reason
none of these enough
to explain the seasons

God alone, the who
this is what is important
the colorful world, creation
his Spirit in the making

Creating all of the universe
far more than we can see
the colors of his imagination
on the rich tapestry
