Nothing more clear
what it is to be a disciple
what Christ said directly to them
the first, the apostles
Hold onto my teachings
follow my ways
remain true to my leading
not going your own way
Stand on the water
follow my commands
love your neighbors fully
following the lamb
Going into the world
to be his hands and feet
following his example
in our words and deeds
This is the measure
what a true disciples does
guided by the Spirit
imitating our Master
doing the work of Christ
