To claim as Paul does
to follow his example
to follow Christ
by following Christ’s example
his walk in this life
Beyond the words
printed on the page
the law holy
when we listen to the Spirit
hearing God’s voice
out of the stillness
Loving our Maker
and our neighbor
showing them the face
of our Savior,
the Christ
Going on before us
lighting the way
walking ever nearer
to our God each day.
