The view grim
the layers of darkness
people rising up
against the status quo
the tide turning
time about the stop
needing to be awake
where to get off
a malaise of dystopia
of clash of cultures
of warring classes
the haves and have notes
what happened to optimism
the sense of common purpose
what will tips the scales
back into some balance
