with the palette of autumn – v4

Each tree ablaze,
wearing a bridal gown
adorned with their own garment
before the dying of the leaves
the winter soon to come
dormant until springtime

Each leaf singing with color
a rich palette of autumn
each leaf painted, exposed
revealed for our King

Singing to God, alive,
with vivid vibrant colors
the leaves revealing themselves
from the shroud of summer

Apple reds, pumpkin oranges
and shimmering yellows,
singing glory unto the heavens
a symphony of color
singing their own song
in praises to our God
