Awake in the Garden

the call of the season
the journey of Lent
as it was for Peter
for the brothers
to stay awake in the Garden
the ancient words our present
sharing the walk with the disciples
the storm clouds building
knowing what they did not know
but living out the Passion
the journey of a holy Lent
focused on our Master
