I breathe

In and out
an unconscious rhythm
a dance, a movement
in meter and time
I breathe in laughter
love overwhelming
I breathe out indigo, magenta
so many colors
I breathe the sunfall, the moonrise
the sparkle all around me
the wonder of life
in color and motion
in and out, breathing
what joy in my soul
