the Prodigal Son
the wayward sheep
all of us on the journey
each of us stray
go our own way
ignoring the call of the
Shepherd
sometime later
sooner, we pray,
listing more intently
turning to the call of the
Shepherd
going right to Him
back into God’s protection
giving our will to the
Potter
the Maker of our lives.
