hard to even write these
lines
knowing they are inadequate
trying to explain the limits
of our minds, comprehension
for us to see beyond
this narrow dimension
how can we fathom at all
the thought of eternity.
we are blind, we cannot see
what we cannot touch
we think we understand
when so much is unknown
beyond our understanding
our vision , our
comprehension
we think we know
but we don’t know much.
time has more layers
in the infinite, in heaven
time is not just minutes
hours, and seconds
time is cherished
a limited commodity
but that is just bound
by what we can see.
