part of me, not something
that can be pulled out
interwoven with my spirit
the thread of God,
perfect,
the story which I carry
of God’s provision, with
me,
in the journey of my life
when I was thirsty,
hunger,
the places I would
testify
to the presence of Christ
to the times I can say
that I felt God with me
yet
part of my, my story
interwoven with my spirit
the thread of God,
perfect
knowing the Spirit guided
my steps, my walk,
the journey of my life
