not timid, a victim

not timid, a victim
but a victor, triumphant
Christ took every step
with purpose, a thought

not timid, a victim
a servant by choice
Christ chose to sacrifice
to climb the rugged cross

not timid, a victim
but a victor, triumphant
Christ bore our stain
to give us new life
