A light, a center, a guide star,
the path set before me,
the way of Christ Jesus,
my risen Lord and Savior…
 
A light, a center, a guide star,
my hope from the beginning,
cleaving to the Holy Spirit,
to the Creator God in heaven…
 
A light, a center, a guide star,
feeling the Spirit’s guiding,
leading me ever forward,
on the path God has created…
