Oh Lord, help me to let go
to turn to You, oh God,
for the changes I want in my life,
for the things I cannot control…
 
Help me to let go, my grip,
to give You each second, my days,
help me to trust You, oh God,
forever and always…
 
Speak to my aching heart,
grieving in my sin, my pain,
release me from the need,
to claim I am in control…
 
Oh Lord, help me to let go
