for the pain of conquest, genocide,
ripping apart, terror, deported,
stitching together, broken,
movement of hostile forces, devastation,
Invasion of a sovereign state…
Geopolitics, pawns in the middle,
of arrogance and raw power, evil,
bare-knuckle brute strength
invasion and a longing for empire, lust,...
Weak, quiet diplomacy, appeasement, red lines,
all of it failing, in the crucible of history
under abject aggression, a terrorist state…
Crying for Crimea, for Ukraine,
for the Tatar people in the middle,
for unmet promises, for apathy,
for failure to resolve, neglecting,
allowing slaughter, massacre, genocide,...
Letting their nation be destroyed in false neutrality,
while we have the means to help…
