why do I see myself as
guilty
why do I focus on the clay
why do I paint myself red
when God has washed me clean
why do I carry the blood
when Christ paid the cost
why do I paint myself with
the stain
that Christ washed away
why do I hold onto my sin
when God has forgiven me
completely
why don’t I forgive myself
why do I love so cheaply
