Preparing is Worship
The printing of the bulletins
the cleaning of the rugs
the laying out the vestments
the pouring of the cups
The buying of the bread
the typing the words to share
all of the work behind the scene
as important as the rest
Preparing is worship
as much as the words read out loud
the little things matter so much
in the kingdom of God
All of us able
to do our holy work
whether mowing the lawn
or singing in the choir
