Feeling the power,
waves upon wave
the Messiah speaking
though his time not ready
building in waves, ripples
his words in crescendo
building stronger, clearer
speaking as prophet,
as the Son, the conduit
then as the living God
telling them clearly
though they would not listen
they would not believe
unable to see the light
God in the flesh before them
but they were blind
not wanting to believe, to change
damned by their lack of faith
