That all would be fed

A prayer, for this day
that hunger would be no more
that all would be fed
none would know need
feeling loved instead
that our hearts would be more open
that we would hear their cries
that we would offer
more from our lives
sharing the bounty, the gifts
the abundance that we have
a prayer, for this day
to feed the whole world
