Acting as he would
as he taught us
going, as the first disciples
when he calls to us
Going as we are sent
the authority of Christ
speaking words of power
not words from us
Words of the Lord
spoken in Jesus’ name
healing in their power
for this he came
Sent forth in love
to proclaim his grace
walking with the Lord
that we may see God’s face
