a seed of the divine
something of the infinite
of the beginning of time
Carried deep within us
within our beating flesh
walking here within
on this mortal path

Carrying a Piece of God
In being made in the image
the image of God
each of us carrying
a piece of God within us
our lives, our place assured
Loved into existence
by the breath of God
given life
cared for by the creator
a world beautiful, sublime
An ordered universe
all in its place
We are here, as stewards,
to watch over the land
to carry on God’s grace
