In the story of the Christ
the grace of his descending
in his work of
reconciliation
sowing salvation
in his sacrifice
his work on Calvary
Bringing us hope
a way back to God
offering us forgiveness
through the altar of the
cross
Fall into the waters
drowning to our self;
rise with Jesus triumphant
from the waters of death;
enter through the curtain of
Christ
into the courts of the
living God

Sowing Salvation
Matthew 13:1-11; 24-30
“Waste and Grace”,
by Rev. Frank Gulinello, Jr.
“ Jesus’ parable of the Sower focuses on the scattering
of the seed.
No matter what kind of ground it falls upon, whether
hardpan or
deep rich soil, God will have a harvest yielding a
hundred fold.
So, scattering the seed aimlessly is not wasteful in
God’s economy.”
