Mystery Box –
o mouth guard and pair of pliers
-
A mouth guard is
to protect our teeth, to keep them safe.
-
What happens if
you don’t use the mouth guard?
-
… a dentist has
to use pliers to take out your teeth
-
And the coach won’t
let you into the game without the mouth guard
-
Faith is much
like the mouth guard
-
We put on Christ
to be safe and protected
-
Without the
protection, Satan can attack us
-
Satan tries to pluck
us out of God’s hands.
-
And you don’t
want to go out into the game of life without your mouth guard either.
-
God goes with us,
Jesus is with us through the tough times.
-
Jesus gives us
peace beyond all understanding in our struggles.
-
We put on Jesus, our
faith, our salvation, so we can share the security, that peace with others so
they too can be protected in the game of life.
