a posture of praise – v4

we need to break from our patterns

our long-standing habits

we need to center differently

on God alone

the rest of it is chaff, dust

nothing really

so much greater than all

is our Creator, our God

we should take on a posture of praise

bowing, as servants, children,

of eternal reverence, cleaving to

our God and our King

we must tapping into, feeding,

a spirit of eternal reverence

we must remember always

our God above.

even long-standing habits

we need to center differently

I need to remember

I need to trust

because I am never alone

on my journey,

in this walk.

God is with us

on my shoulder

as I walk in life;

God is here to guide me

to direct me;

the yoke of Christ

is upon me,

in every step,

as I walk in life

It is in the little things

the small decisions

on the journey that matter.

The choices to be made,

the choices to remain

to stay true to God

or to turn, to run away;

We are called to be Christ

to share love as He does

to be a blessing, to be light,

in every step, each moment,

as I as I journey forward,

the Giver of all things – v3

Creator of the universe

of the parts of the atom;

the Giver of all things,

all that ever was

We have our hope in God

our Maker, our Savior;

supplying seed for the sower,

and grain for the harvest

We must trust in God’s power

in God’s goodness;

we must let go of wealth,

we must give it away

We must believe in God

in His generous nature;

we must be generous too,
