tumbled off her tongue
sending thoughts through me
common words given new life
new meaning in him
simple words, sustaining words
words imbued with power
deep meaning
bread, water, life,
vine, shepherd, and
gate, the way
beyond the acts, the teachings
are the words, the names
the Son, the Beloved
Savior, the Messiah
I am in the flesh
