The Spirit, tangible, palpable
like a dove, a wind, tongues of fire,
flames, the Spirit bodily, resting on him,
in the Jordan,
on them, at Pentecost,
in the laying of hands, anointed,
commissioned for his ministry, for ours,
the Spirit, real, living, a part of us
becoming part of us, our being
ready to be shared, as Paul did,
to the ends of the earth
