“Follow me and I will make you
fishers of men”, so was the call
of the first disciples, of us as well
personally to walk with Christ
in his ministry, living the example
of Simon, of Andrew, of James, of John
moving out into the world,
giving our hands, our feet
yoked with Jesus, partners
a team together,
leaving our old selves behind
transformed and enabled
Dropping our nets, going
to be fishers of men.
