Open Hearts, to Your Spirit

Come upon us
Holy Spirit of God
fall upon us
wellspring of our hearts
bubble up from within us
the seed planted long ago
our baptism, even at our conception
you the creator, the maker of all things
open our hearts, oh Spirit come
empower us to do your will
