All Together

The faithful, the disciples
the followers of Christ
all together, all in one place
waiting for the promise
power from above

The Spirit coming
like the roar of thunder
shaking them, trembling
filled with wonder

In tongues of fire
the blessing they received
speaking in words
they could not believe

Spreading his message
the love of God
to each living heart
tending the garden
a harvest to grow
