The sabbath, not confined, boxed in
a piece of each day instead
when we are open, connected with God
time set apart
In the quiet, in the stillness of my heart
sabbath rest, peace found
walking, spending time with God
Not just on Sunday,
the last, the first day of the week
Finding sabbath,
in the feeling in my heart
