Unworthy Children

Squabbling in the sandbox
fighting as adults
all of us sinners
each one the same
unworthy children
for the treasures of heaven

The stain washed away
our fate changed by his grace
the love of the savior
we’re back in our place
Through the eyes of our Lord
all of us worthy
our future secure
