A Clear Point of Light

Christ, the star of Bethlehem
the light come into the world
just as his star guided the Magi
so he guides us now
Beside us, even when
we are not ready
there when
we call out to him
Our star, our compass
the focus and passion
light guiding us through
the darkness, the long night
Leading us to places
we do not know
