Standing in the square
fighting against repression
no longer silent
the rising of the nation
Shaking off their shackles
even if in danger
standing against the giant
the ruler of the nation
Ready to die
to not hide, complacent
in the streets, in the square
a prayer for rejuvenation
Leading out
the whole world watching
the tyrants cannot still
the beating of their hearts
The fire growing
even in the mist of the rains
the whole world waiting
for the change that is to come
A prayer for peace
a healing for this people
change too slow for some
but it is on the way
