Wearing my armor
not something borrowed
carrying the smooth stones
the pen and the word
Carrying my gifts
into this battle
sharing my passion
for your holy Word
Teach me more
to trust in your providing
that I may go boldly
as King David did
Out into battle
into the darkness
knowing you will give me
all that I need
