The workers’ demand
the proof of his authority
the temple torn down
raised in three days
But they weren’t there
standing in the garden
the accusers not believing
the disciples run away
The miracle they demanded
fulfilled that blessed morning
only Mary was there
to see the risen Christ
She alone,
had stayed truly faithful
understanding true repentance
her heart changed by Christ
