The Choice of the Lord Jesus Christ

Our lives have meaning
because of His choice
the choice of the Lord Jesus Christ
to descend from heaven above
To come to this lowly earth
going to the cross for us
Taking the cup
the cup of our sin
drinking of the bitterness
going to the cross
that we may live
preparing a place for us.
