Bread, like the manna
descended from heaven
life, a gift of God
not by our works
By faith, belief
drinking the living waters
heeding Christ’s calling
the power of His love
Eating of the bread
putting on his mantle
walking yoked with Christ
carrying his light
Staying with our Savior
when others fell away
walking with our Shepherd
every single day
