Letting Him Suffer

Christ’s decision for them
for this life
letting him suffer
his path, his journey
part of God’s plan
revealed in his time
Letting him suffer
not healing his illness
for a purpose of God
to reveal the Son’s glory
raising this brother
from the cold tomb
foreshadowing
his suffering, his dying
his life after the cross
