If God bowed before me

If the Creator, eternal
if God bowed before me
stripped of his robe,
washing my feet, humble
coming as a servant
caring for me
that my feet would be clean

If God bowed before me
the living Christ
showing me love
how I am to love
what should I do
where I am but clay
how can I be more faithful
to walk in his way
