A message and more

A message, a hope
a rock thrown in the water
a ripple, a wave
to fall on other shores

A stone, a message
flung into the world
the firmament, the waters
bearing the living word

Gathered from the fields
dust of the earth
a stone cast into waters
to send ripples of love

A word spoken
breathed into existence
a stone cast
into the deep waters

A message, a statement
a power in the world
sent out, unhindered
blurted into life

A seed, a feather
cast to the winds
the maelstrom, the furies
the places of the earth

A stone, a message
a witness to God
sharing the wisdom
God’s grace in the world

A feather, a witness
an echo, a promise
a hope for a future
cast to the winds

A message, a candle
a witness to God
sharing the light
our hope in the Lord
