if we watch
their eyes
we can see
those adrift
not secure
in life
buffeted by
the waves
frightened in
the storms
when the
winds come
feeling
lost, moving
totally out
of control
not feeling
any sense of presence
without
anyone to lead or to guide us
buffeted on
the waves
caught in
the whirlwind
