we come to You, almighty
God,
we bow our heads in prayer
but we are believers,
hopeful
in Your plans, oh God
we affirm our faith
our trust in You, our
Creator
sure in our path, Your plans
our Shepherd, our Savior
all things are possible
because Christ is within me
the Spirit abiding, living,
as I abide in the vine
all things are possible
we remember as we pray to
You
our hope, universal,
in Your church, in Your
kingdom
in Your presence even here,
oh God
hear our prayers to You
Heal us, Almighty God.
