We mirror Christ
when we give of
ourselves;
nothing the same
when we walk in
His name.
Offer others love
with God’s compassion;
not our meager fare
our sins, our inactions.
Show others love
those in low position;
all of us are bound
in our own private
prisons.
Needing each
other
the love of our
neighbors;
each of us needing
the other
to rise from the
dust.
