sometimes I wonder
if his past haunts him
if the pain he caused
convicts him each day
sometimes I wonder
if he believes his own message
that grace if a free gift
given to each of us by
God
sometimes I wonder
if he feels he is
unworthy
striving to earn grace
as a way of redemption
sometimes I wonder
if he forgets his own
teaching
that God love us in
Christ
that He took on our sin
sometimes I wonder
if he believes his own message
that grace if a free gift
given to each of us by
God
