the sinful nature of Satan

seeking to draw us down

into the pit of temptation

condemning our mortal souls.

Don’t listen to the lies of the Devil

the way he temps, he woos us,

how he offers us treats in this life

a millstone, a condemnation

that leads us to death, to Sheol.
