the sins of thinking beings – v3

Man was banished from the Garden

because they were deceived by the devil

given wisdom in the fruit

a curse, a falling

cast out of the Garden

the sins of thinking beings

continuing to disobey

consciously choosing wrong

when we know the right

the sins of thinking beings

the stain upon us, always,

consciously choosing wrong

when we know what is right

the sins of thinking beings

accumulating, heaped on us

needing a Savior, to redeem us,

God’s perfect sacrifice

Lucifer knew what he was doing

From the beginning, the start,

mindful of his actions

no salvation for Satan;

reaping what he sowed

claiming to be a creator

when he is not God

Mindful from the start

the evil that he wrought

the lie he dropped

like a stone into creation,

causing all to decay

and Man to leave the Garden

I spoke to Daniel several times

I spoke to Daniel several times

as God gave me instructions

about the end times, the future

the rise and fall of nations

and the persecution of the people

I prophesied to Daniel

about the coming Messiah

I told him how He would suffer and

I told him about the victory

in the seventieth week

I shared with Daniel

the distance futures

the time of God’s judgment;

when only God knows

it will happen when God fulfills it

I spoke to Zechariah – v3

I spoke to Zechariah,

a priest in the line of Aaron,

in the Holy of Holies

in the Temple in Jerusalem

I spoke a word of promise

I spoke to him of John

a child in his old age

a baby, the prophet

the one to baptize us

fulfilling the prophets

the ancient scripture

a voice crying out in the wilderness

to make a way straight

the one to prepare for the Lord;

but he did not believe

and I struck him silent

for doubting, for questioning

the very word of God

God’s promises endure

the hope in Advent

the flames rising

God’s promises endure

in the winter cold

the hope in Advent

in the coming Christ child

not just to the manger

but descending on the clouds

the hope in Advent

to be fulfilled completely

in God’s time alone

o   “Ok. Consider this

o   Us world class DOITYOURSELFERS    

o   prior to starting a project will consult a reference manual

o   or draw a plan to insure the end results are what she expects

o   But in our lives     do we ever consult the reference manual that was given to us to aid and assist us in this area! We got one of them????

o            The Bible !!!!!!!

·        You know what the Bible stands for? No?

o   Basic

o   Instructions

o   Before

o   Leaving

o   Earth

·        The Bible is full of stories, Advent stories

·        What is the purpose of the stories?

o   to help people do the right things while still on earth

o   an instruction manual

o   but we need to do more than read it

§  need to have relationship with God and Jesus

§  need to practice what you read

§  need to pray

·        Advent is a season when we prepare for Jesus

o   the Light being born into the world

o   with the spotlight of the Star

·        Jesus is our perfect gifts

o   If we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior

o   we have a future with God and Jesus

about the end times, the future

the rise and fall of nations

and the persecution of the people

I prophesied to Daniel

about the coming Messiah

I told him about the victory

in the seventieth week

when only God knows
