Out of our love, the recognition
of the miracle of God’s grace,
his saving and renewing grace
we are to strive to live
for God’s holy purpose,
not out of a sense of duty
an obligation we are forced to bear
As a gift given in response
to an awesome gift,
unmerited and unearned
never to be able to repay
we are to be changed creations
living a new life,
within the vine
bearing worthy fruit
for His glory

Dear Raymond,
A wonderful thinking about our Lord. Really you started to write at 40? Good for you!
If your poetry is in this direction you remember me King David.
I am happy about your profile, and I will pry for you and for your family in order God bless you forever.
My regards,
Pablo
