For a calling, set apart,
to serve the disciples
on them the hands of the apostles
were laid, they were anointed
appointed to minister to the believers
filled with the spirit,
chosen by the people, righteous
called, these lay members
to their commissioned tasks
being servants to the servants
helping in their small way
spreading the gospel, the good news
to the ends of the earth
