Our Family’s Table
our small part, a place set,
all are welcome, no charge,
Ready for the feast, the banquet
Christ in our midst, sitting with us
around a table, sharing a meal
sharing our story, his story, in our lives
Reaching out, our hands, our hearts
welcoming all, to a table set
a meal prepared,
living in community
sharing as the apostles did
around Christ’s table
out of the abundance
of God’s love
